How to Keep a Good Fruit






One store may cause a reduction in the value of the nutrients contained in the fruit. One of the important elements of the food to be consumed daily are fruits. In addition to fiber, nutrients and vitamins contained in it is very important for your health. Unfortunately, the fruits requires a storage method that is not arbitrary. Because, one store can reduce the value of the nutrients contained in the fruit. As reported by iVillage page, following the right steps to keep the fruit properly. 

mango
Enter the mango and place in a paper bag at room temperature as a way to finalize it. For the mango is ripe, can be stored in the refrigerator.

lychees
Save lychees in a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator. This method can last for a week.

Strawberry
Fresh strawberries can be stored in the refrigerator filter without having to be washed first and can last for three days.

banana
Do not store bananas in the refrigerator because it can make the skin black. This one fruit better if stored at room temperature.

orange
Fruit that has been washed can be stored at room temperature for a week and could last six weeks when inserted in the refrigerator.

pineapple
Whole pineapple will stay fresh if stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator for a period of four days.
