Healthy Tips to improve memory

Healthy Tips to improve memory | Forgetfulness is a disease that must be cured. If left untreated, would be fatal. Sometimes forgetfulness comes not only among the parents, but came among teenagers. What is the cause of this could happen by the teenagers. Because I think these days are becoming more frequent
problems and issues that make people confused and disoriented when people had to hold the pole :) Sorry only just kidding. My point is people are confused requires extra thought. So my point is that a lot of people problems that require extra thought anyway. In this modern age there must be a problem piling piling piling up and piling up. I have a tips, and tips think or say my opinion. Okey on with it, Healthy Tips to improve memory:
1. Sleep is Enough. Remember this is a my own experience and I do the research yourself which I do stay up at night. So I mean I slept about 12 hours a night and what a result. The result is I lost concentration in the morning and think at the time could lead to loss of concentration or occurrence of forgetfulness. Probably a lot of young people or teenagers who like to stay up. "So, do not stay up, So if you want to improve your memory, you better do enough sleep at night.
2. 3M. 3M is Read, Understand, and Memorizing. Remember do not let your brain dead or in other words have never been trained or in other words not used. Many people that have graduated college or graduate school rarely read or memorize or understand. So, I mean your brain continues to rehearse with 3M. ;-).
3. Find a quiet place. The brain requires a pacification. If there is a problem that makes you confused. I mean is if there is a problem that makes you confused, then do it in a quiet thought.
4. Perform 3S. 3S is SEIRI (Select and Remove items that are not needed), SEISO (Clean), and Seiton (Spruce). 3S is the knowledge that I get from an internship I was in PT UNILEVER. 3S language is Japanese language which means to get rid of unnecessary items called SEIRI, called SEISO Clean, Tidy called Seiton. So I mean is Do 3S in your everyday life. Remember if you want to have a brain refresh, then you must be a wonderful atmosphere or clean or tidy. If you want to have a beautiful place then do the 3S.

Okey That is my information about Healthy Tips to improve memory. If there are errors in the writing of me, sorry. Because I am a blogger from Indonesia.

Richard Battista here. I'm also a huge fan of Lumosity.com- they have some 'brain games' on there that are extremely powerful. I've been using Lumosity for over a year now and have seen drastic improvements in my memory. Anyone else use similar sites?

This is a really interesting read. There's so much more to know about cognitive function but the research has been pretty thorough so far. There have been a few articles popping up recently about nootropics for memory too, such as this one: https://www.medino.com/article/ultimate-guide-to-nootropics
